Kenji Takamiya

Kenji Takamiya is an economist specialized in developing and transition economies. Prior to joining ADB, he worked at the Japan International Cooperation Agency and at the Dai-ichi Kangyo Bank. He holds PhD and MPhil, both from Cambridge University, MA from Yale University, and Executive Certificate in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School.
