Joyce Munsayac provides policy oversight and guidance on safeguard areas, policy implementation, knowledge management, staff development, and capacity-building for developing member countries and clients. She leads periodic updates of environmental and social safeguards and overall portfolio monitoring and reporting. She also supervises environmental and social experts in applying safeguards and social policies in processing and implementing sovereign and nonsovereign projects in ADB’s Private Sector and Pacific Operations Services. Prior to her current role, she oversaw the application of social policies in ADB’s private sector operations.
