Hyoungsik Noh has been a research fellow at the Korea Institute of Finance since 2007. His research focuses on financial regulation and supervision, including consumer protection issues. He earned his bachelor and master’s degrees in Economics at Seoul National University in 1996 and 1998. He received his Ph. in economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2007.
