Hee Mun Park, a Research Fellow, Highway Research Division, Korea Institute of Civil Engineering and Building Technology, has been worked in the areas of pavement design, maintenance, rehabilitation, management for 15 years.  He received the BSc degree in civil engineering department of Hanyang University in Seoul.  He earned his master degree in geotechnical engineering from Texas A&M University, USA.  He also received the PhD degree in pavement engineering from North Carolina State University in 2001 and his dissertation focused on the condition evaluation of asphalt pavements.
