Abdur Talukder is a career civil servant, and has been serving in different government positions for more than 30 years. He specializes in fiscal policy, macro-economic management and the TVET system. He was involved in the preparatory work of the Skills for Employment Investment Program (SEIP) of the Ministry of Finance, and served as its Executive Project Director.
