Jude is a principal business intelligence (operations) specialist with extensive experience in project processing and portfolio management across Asia and the Pacific. From 2023 to 2025, he oversaw sovereign portfolio management for the Sectors Group. He currently serves in ADB’s Office of Business Intelligence and Operations Coordination.
