Xie Fei helped established the public–private partnerships (PPP) center of the People’s Republic of China. He is one of key persons to develop China PPP policies and learning resources, National PPP Integrated Information Platforms, and the delivery of trainings nationwide. Prior to his current role, he was engaged in multilateral environmental agreements and sustainable development efforts of the PRC’s Ministry of Ecology and Environment.
