Xeniya Rogan has more than 18 years of international experience in financing and investing in emerging markets. Before joining ADB, she spent 10 years at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, most recently as Associate Director in the Energy Eurasia Department. She has led private and public sector transactions and policy engagements, with a focus on enabling environments for renewable energy and mobilizing technical assistance to reach financial close for pioneering utility-scale renewable energy projects.
