Seungduck Kim has more than 20 years of experience in energy sector operations, including renewable energy, conventional generation, hydropower, energy efficiency, and power transmission and distribution across Asia and the Middle East. His current focus is on sector reforms in Central Asia to attract private investment and enhance regional interconnections. He leads ADB’s energy sector lending and technical assistance operations in Pakistan, advancing innovative approaches in project design and financing.
