He has over 20 years of experience as a financial advisor and economic analyst across Canada, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and Southeast Asia, with more than 15 years focused on PPPs and project finance. His expertise includes financial modeling, risk evaluation, procurement strategies, and structuring major infrastructure projects.
