Charlene is an urban planner and policy specialist with experience in urban policy, project implementation, and development results. At ADB, she led urban, water, sanitation, and housing projects across South Asia and now leads corporate reporting on development results. Before joining ADB, she worked on national infrastructure and urban policy in Australia and the Pacific. She also contributed to UN-Habitat’s State of Sri Lankan Cities Report and supported the development of its urban database platform.
