Alexander has implemented new credit enhancement modalities to support renewable energy projects in Central Asia. He brings over 17 years of experience in public–private partnership (PPP) development across Latin America, Central and Southeast Asia, and the Pacific, serving in roles such as economic analyst, transaction advisor, and guarantor. His sectoral experience includes structuring projects in roads, seaports, power generation, and municipal infrastructure. He also co-managed the Asia Pacific Project Preparation Facility (AP3F).
